The WeldForce 140A MIG Gasless Welder is a dedicated gasless MIG welder, ideal for use with 0.8mm and 0.9mm gasless wire, taking 1kg (D100mm) spools. This welder is ultra-lightweight, weighing just 6kg including torch and leads, while also delivering a remarkable 140 amps output and the ability to weld up to 4mm mild steel.
Featuring a digital readout display and fine-adjustment dials for precision welding, operators are easily able to keep an eye on their settings for low amperage arc control when working on thinner materials. The unit is fitted with a 10A 240V plug but is also generator compatible (Min 7kVA, Ideal 8 kVA). A side-loading wire-feeder allows for easy changes to increase efficiency, whilst the smooth driving system guarantees consistency of wire feed and work quality.
